Orders are processed Mon – Thurs at 3pm, orders made after that will be processed and dispatched the next working day.
We have a no refund buyer remorse or mistake policy; in certain circumstances we may waive this. We have to take a hard line on returns due to the extremely delicate nature of electronic parts.
We do offer exchanges should an incorrect item be purchased.
If a part is damaged in transit, the customer must, in detail, photograph the damage, package & tracking details for insurance purposes.
We take no liability once part are installed to a device.
We do warranty parts if they are tested first on devices Logic Board prior to install, if the part is faulty you must video the issue and present it to us prior to a replacement being sent. In some circumstances we will need the part returned prior to replacement.
It is the consumers responsibility to cover postage costs to return items to use in the event of damage, incorrect item, exchange or warranty.
We strongly recommend a registered phone or computer technician completes the installation of parts. No liability or warranty is implied if parts are installed DIY or by an unqualified technician.
